Rental Policies
Reservation deposit is 50% with the balance due 91 days prior to arrival. Christmas and New Years reservations are paid in full at time of booking.
Up to 91 days prior to arrival - full refund less 10% of total rent cancellation fee. 90-61 days prior to arrival - 50% refund. 60 days or less prior to arrival - no refund. Christmas and New Years reservations are non refundable regardless of when cancelled.
