This second floor unit features 2 bedrooms (one with king bed, one with twin beds convertible to a king bed), 2 full bathrooms, completely equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with queen sleeper, central air, cable TV, stereo, washer/dryer, and a huge balcony where you can sit and relax overlooking the swimming pool. As this is our personal vacation home, we update it regularly so as to keep it in top notch condition!
Three fresh-water swimming pools & waterfalls, swim up pool bar, whirlpools, water sports and retail shops are right on the property. Sunbathe on our wide, sandy beach, or snorkel on our protected reef.
Treasure Island #217 is located within walking distance to shopping. Nearby you will find a wide variety of bars and nightclubs, along with restaurants featuring fine dining, casual dining, or even fast food. There are many places to rent cars, jeeps, and scooters to get around the Island!
Also located nearby are Golf, Tennis, Kayaking, Sailing, Boating, Waterskiing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, Biking, Wildlife Viewing or Fishing. Take a boat ride out to world famous Stingray Sandbar!

Rates do not include 10% Cayman Tourism Accommodations Tax.Rental Policies
Treasure Island #217 will be considered reserved upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Deposits may be paid by check, money order or credit card. Full payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival, with the exception of Christmas/New Years reservations, which must be paid in full sixty (60) days prior to arrival. For reservations made within thirty (30) days of arrival, full payment is due immediately.
Written notice of cancellation must be given. For cancellations prior to thirty (30) days before arrival, a $100 cancellation fee wll be charged. For cancellations less than thirty (30) days before arrival, three (3) days rental will be retained and any balance will be refunded. Christmas/ New Years Exception: Christmas/New Years rental cancellations will require a written sixty (60) day notice. Within sixty (60) days, 50% of the entire rental payment will be retained.
