We also provide chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers and a wagon for the beach AND plenty of sand toys. All you need to pack is a camera and your clothes!

Outside, Summer Beach Blues is in a small community with water access on both sides of the house. Boat or Jet ski on Santa Rosa Sound, with a convenient community pier that extends 180' into the sound. Tired after a long day on the beach? Relax at our community pool, located about 200' from our front door.
We offer beach towels, chairs and umbrellas; along with boogie boards and sand toys for the kids.
Inside, we feature a full sized, day-light, eat-in kitchen, with all the amenities for those who enjoy cooking (including a gas-grill for outside cooking), or eat out in one of the many fine restaurants on the beach.
The adjacent family room opens to a large deck where you can sit and enjoy a view of the ocean. It also includes a 32" TV with cable, and a 5-CD/DVD home theater system with movies for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom features a king bed and sofa, bathroom with double vanities, and a huge walk-in shower with seat. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, the bunk-room features 2 sets of bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with double sink vanity, and private toilet/shower. Bedroom 4, the second master, features a private bath, and opens onto a rear deck with a view of Santa Rosa Sound and the intercoastal waterway.
All bedrooms have ample closet and drawer storage for your personal items, and feature a TV with DVD/CD and/or VCR.

Activities and Attractions
A short walk across the street places you on the Gulf of Mexico, where a wide white sand beach offers plenty of space for your group for shell collecting, surf fishing or just relaxing in the sun. Within a short 3 mile drive, you will find the fine restaurants on the beach, or shopping on the boardwalk. Also in the commercial area you will find parasailing, jet ski rental, sailboat rental, mini-golf, go-carts and an arcade. At 1471' long, the Pensacola Beach Pier is the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico where, for a nominal day-fee, you can fish, or you can charter one of the many boats available at the marina.

Rental Policies
Check-In time is 3:00PM Central Time. Checkout time is 10:00AM Central Time, so that we may prepare for new arrivals. Call for offseason weekend or Holiday Rates.
A $500.00 security deposit is required at the time that a reservation is made to hold dates chosen. This can be paid in cash, traveler's check, bank money order or cashier's check. Deposit will be fully refunded within 15 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or theft, and that all rental policies have been observed.
You have 30 days prior to arrival to cancel for a full refund of deposit, or in the event of mandatory evacuation due to weather, a refund will be made for the unused rental days.
