Rental Rate Notes

Normal Rates: Nightly Rates: $350.00 to $400.00 per Night. Weekly Rates: $2600.00 per Week. Holiday Rates: Nightly Rates: $375 to $450 Weekly Rates: $2800.00. ALL THE ABOVE RATES AND SPECIALS ARE PLUS TAX, CLEANING FEE AND DEPOSIT. HOLIDAY RATES WILL BE HIGHER.

Rental Policies

A refundable Security deposit of $500.00 is required for Nightly rentals or $700.00 for Weekly rentals at time of booking with full payment due 60 days prior to arrival. $200.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged $150.00 Non-refundable PET Cleaining Fee - NO EXCEPTIONS. 10.5% will be added to full rental payment for rental tax. Rentals run from Saturday @ 4PM, checkin time-- thru Saturday @ 12PM, checkout time. In Off Season, we will book nightly at Variable times. All rental fees and deposits must be by VISA, MASTERCARD, Cashiers Check or Money orders. The deposit (except for cleaning fee) will be refunded within 7 Business days after departure. All rental monies including deposits must be received 60 days prior to occupancy of unit or immediately if less than 60 days prior to arrival. WE ACCEPT VISA AND MASTERCARD, Cashiers Checks and Money orders

All Monies must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. Deposit on unit is refundable within 7 business days after departure ( except for cleaning fee).

$100.00 Cancellation Fee will be Charged at all times. 60 Days or More Prior to Arrival -- All Money (except Cancellation Fee) will be Refunded. 31 to 59 Days Prior to arrival - 1/2 Money Refunded. 30 Days or Less -- All money Forfeited. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after departure except for cleaning fees.
