Snorkel around the right point to see Turtles, Needle Fish and other marine life. Swimming, body boarding and sunbathing are good on towards the left. Walk three blocks into Kihei to enjoy sport bars, shopping, dining and other tourist attractions. This cozy single family home has great Ocean and Mountain views, a nice big back yard with picnic tables, lawn chairs, a gas BBQ grill and large private ocean view deck. Rental Rate Notes
Hawaii State Taxes 11.416% Exit Cleaning Fee $250 Booking Fee $25Rental Policies
All rates subject to 11.416% Hawaii State Tax. 20% Advance Payment Required with Reservation. Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival. A cleaning fee of $250 is charged for all reservations. Additional maid service available upon request. Minimum 3 night stay required. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late checkout. All rates and taxes are subject to change. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. No Smoking No Pets Allowed
A $1500 damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure. A Damage Waiver can be purchased for $35 to avoid sending in the Damage Deposit.
A courtesy 24-hour hold is provided for all reservations without penalty for cancellation or changes. A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations. For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee A $50 fee may be applied to any changes to reservations
