This beautiful two bedroom luxury condo was completely redecorated in 2004. Located 10 minutes from Puerto Vallarta Centro, one of the newest oceanfront properties on the south shore. The building is situated on a spectacular beach with an extra large infinity pool. Our private beach front palapa dining room serves breakfast, lunch and drinks (9am to 4pm) with service also at poolside or in the condo. All rooms in our unit have full views of the ocean and the beach. From the balconies looking north to Puerto Vallarta and to the south the Los Arcos rock formations framed against the mountains will be a picture treasured for years. The fully equiped gourmet kitchen has top end appliances-Dacor and SubZero. And for dining out, Puerto Vallarta has the reputation of having the finest restaurants in Mexico.

Rental Policies

Upon receipt of your 50% deposit we will send you a confirmation receipt. Remainder of rental fee due 45 days before arrival. Rentals run from 12:00 noon arrival date to 12:00 noon departure date.
