Rental Policies
Additional charges to rental rates include 10% sales and tourist taxes, cleaning fee of $150 and $500 refundable security deposit returned two weeks following departure date if there are no damages. Pool heating is optional at $75/week. Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving weeks extra charges.

Cancellation fee $100. Reservation deposit less cancellation fee refunded if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date. Full refund in case of death in the immediate family. Refund during hurricane evacuation
