The 1,515 Sq Ft spacious two bedroom, two and a half bath unit is the dream vacation home for your family. Vaulted ceilings, rich mahogany cabinets and tropical décor complement the atmosphere surrounding you on The Palms at Wailea grounds and beautiful Wailea area. Your family or friends of six will have room for everyone to spread out and relax. There is plenty of space even for the boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear which are provided in the large laundry and utility room just off the entrance hall. Also furnished is an electric BBQ grill on the lanai to enjoy fresh island fish or a great steak while sipping tropical juice or special island style cocktail. Just a few minutes walk up the hill from the unit, through the lush gardens, tranquil waterfall and stream is a beautiful whale shaped pool and jaccuzi which are surrounded by palms and a spectacular view of the ocean and the island of Kaho'olawe. cocktail
Just a short walk, and you'll reach the wonderful snorkeling beaches of Wailea at Keawakapu Beach. You can also take a short stroll to the Shops at Wailea, where you will find designer shopping and contemporary dining. Guests are also welcomed to visit the nearby Wailea Golf Club and Wailea Tennis Club which offer special discounts to Wailea Guests.

All rates subject to 11.25% State Tax. 20% Advance Payment Required with Reservation Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival Exit Cleaning fee, maid service available at additional charge. Minimum 3 night stay required. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. All rates and taxes are subject to change. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. No Smoking No Pets Allowed
A $1500 damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival, or a Damage Waiver may be purchased for $35. Please contact us for further details.
A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
