Rental Rate Notes
There is a maximum occupancy of six persons. The summer rental rate of $200 is based on occupancy of 4 people. There is an additional $25 per person for the 5th & 6th person. Payment Accepted: Cashier's / Registered Check, Money Order, or personal check if time permits for clearing. A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation, which is refundable within two weeks from the end of your stay, minus any damages upon inspection of the unit, and minus a $100 cleaning fee. Payment for the rental amount is due in full at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Special Events: require 3 NIGHT MINIMUM and carry special rates and advanced payment requirements: They include Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest. We try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on bookings. Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon), although we can usually accommodate our guests' needs.Rental Policies
