Rental Rate Notes

There is a maximum occupancy of six persons. The summer rental rate of $200 is based on occupancy of 4 people. There is an additional $25 per person for the 5th & 6th person. Payment Accepted: Cashier's / Registered Check, Money Order, or personal check if time permits for clearing. A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation, which is refundable within two weeks from the end of your stay, minus any damages upon inspection of the unit, and minus a $100 cleaning fee. Payment for the rental amount is due in full at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Special Events: require 3 NIGHT MINIMUM and carry special rates and advanced payment requirements: They include Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest. We try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on bookings. Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon), although we can usually accommodate our guests' needs.

Rental Policies

A $250 security deposit is required to hold your reservation, which is refundable wtihin two weeks from the end of your stay, minus any damages upon inspection of the unit, and minus a $100 cleaning fee. The deposit may be refunded upon cancellation of reservation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date.
