Rental Policies

Pets: No pets are allowed without prior permission of the property manager and payment of a 'pet fee' Smoking: Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. Occupancy: Only the number of people specified may occupy the rental home. No guests or visitors may stay in RVs parked on the premises. No discharge of firearms or hunting of any kind is allowed on the property. Phone Use: The phone at the house is available for unlimited local use and toll free calls. Guests should not use the phone for long distance domestic or international calls.

Guests shall pay to My Montana Vacation Rentals using payment options that include credit cards, personal checks or cashier's check. Reservation Deposit: A 50% deposit shall be due at the time of the reservation. Security Deposit: Property Manager will use a credit card number, name and billing address to use if necessary to repair damage or perform excessive cleaning. The card will not be charged unless necessary. Remaining Balance is due upon arrival and/or commencement of the rental. Property Manager will automatically charge the balance to the same card unless otherwise instructed. The state of Montana collects a 7% bed tax on all home rentals less than one month in duration. The tax is applied to the total rental amount. It is not applied to 'extras' such as Concierge services.

Any cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit, less 10% cancellation/processing fee. Any cancellation made within the 30 days of the scheduled arrival date shall be subject to a forfeiture of the payment UNLESS the Property Manager is able to re-rent the home for the same dates at an equivalent rate.
