Rental Rate Notes
Security deposit = $150 and will be collected to reserve your stay. Any damage to the property will be deducted from the security deposit and the remainder billed to the renter. Admin Fee = $50Rental Policies
For reservations made less than 90 before your arrival date, full payment is due at the time of the booking. Otherwise, the balance of the rent is due 90 days prior to the check-in date. The cleaning fee is included in your rental amount. NO SMOKING!! NO PETS!!
In case of cancellation, any monies received will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the property for the entire time period. Cancellations are subject to a 15% surcharge.
