Major credit cards accepted without additional fee. Rates include tax.
Rates include tax. 50% deposit if booked 91 days prior to arrival. The balance plus $250 security deposit is due 91 days prior to arrival. Christmas and New Years reserva tions are paid in full at time of reservation.
Full refund less 10% of total rent cancellation fee if cancelled up to 91 days prior to arrival. 90-61 days prior to arrival, 50% refund. 60 days prior to arriva, no refund. Note - Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable regardless of when cancelled.
