Located in the Vaderhorst Plantation on Ocean Course, these homes are a short 5 minute walk to the beach. With almost 5000 combined square feet and access to the community pool large groups definitely appreciate these two homes! Also, it is just a 5 minute walk to the Sanctuary Resort from here!
Home #1: This fairway view 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home offers amenities such as hardwood floors, a gas grill, and sunroom. With four bedrooms and three / half baths, the home will accommodate up to 10 guests. The first floor contains the main living area. The comfortable living room features fairway views, hardwoods floors and opens onto the screened porch. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and is open to the dining area which seats six. The master suite with queen bed is also located on the first floor and has approximately 25 inch TV, DVD, VCR and access to the screened porch. The master suite's private bath features a separate bathtub and shower. The second floor has the remainder of the bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed, daybed, private bath, and deck access. The third bedroom has a double bed, futon, deck access and shares access to hall bath with a bedroom with two twins. Also a den located upstairs has a TV with DVD, approximately 25 inches, plus a futon offers additional bedding.
Home #2: Offering fairway views, this non-smoking 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home features hardwood floors, a gas grill, a fireplace, and a screened porch. A first-floor bedroom has a King bed and a private bath. Another bedroom is furnished with a King bed and has a private bath. A third room on this level is equipped with two Twin beds and has a private bath. The second-floor Master suite has a King bed, a private screened porch, and a private bath. Another bedroom has two Twin beds and a private bath.
