This restored country home sits in the Alexander Valley near the famous Jimtown store, and looks across to and around vineyards. Just 7 minutes from Central Healdsburg, many wineries are nearby such as Fieldstone, White Oak, Sausal and Hanna, and Calistoga is within a 20 minute drive.

As you drive up to the home you will notice how the owners involved the surroundings in its color scheme and design. Literally restored from the studs, this home has many quality features such as hardwood flooring, updated modern kitchen, and modern bathrooms.

Sitting on an acre of property, our guests can walk in the back half where fruit trees and gardens grow, or take advantage of the deck and patio with bbq and hot tub. Also convenient is the Jimtown store, where you can walk over for coffee, scones, or a gourmet treat.

Walking through the double glassed doors, you enter the living room and great room area. This home has a wide open floor plan, where kitchen, dining room, living room and TV/Entertainment areas all flow into one another, but are furnished very separately.

Then continuing down a hallway, you will find three bedrooms, with two queen beds and two twin beds, and two full bathrooms. Just off the living room area is a hot tub, placed for convenience and privacy, where you can sit and wrap up your day in comfort.
