We are offering the main floor, with 2 bedroom and entertainment room. The entertainment room can be used as a separate 3rd bedroom; a large kitchen, dining and living room. Exclusively and professionally designed, Caprichito is a modern interpretation of Mexican architecture built on a natural elevation overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the charming fishing village of San Pancho. Lose yourself in the panoramic view encompassing a palm tree-lined crescent beach, emerald sapphire waters of the Pacific Ocean, unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, the splendid tropical jungle, and the village life below. A large patio overlooks the beautiful deep blue pool for your swimming and sunning pleasure. From the Patio or the swimming pool deck you can see the breathtaking Sierra Madre Mountains, the jungle and the Pacific Ocean. Casa Caprichito is just a 10-minute walk to the beach and to the enchanting village of San Pancho; within driving minutes of Sayulita, Bucerias, Punta Mita, La Cruz and Nuevo Vallarta to the south and Lo De Marcos, Guayabitos and La Penita to the North. There are many other beaches and villiges close by. In San Pancho, walk along the beach to see the "pangas" (Fisherman boats) out on their fishing journey and watch the pelicans dive for fish while you enjoy your morning coffee in one of the authentic local restaurants and relax on one of the most beautiful sections of Bahia Banderas. Keep a look out and you may even see a humpback whale. Take a romantic horseback ride along the beach, or bring the children and let them play in the sand to make it a family vacation.
