Caribbean Cove is a newly constructed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath waterfront home located in Coral Bay. Easy access to the villa directly off Rt. 107 makes this location very convenient. Relax and enjoy the tradewinds and sounds of the surf while taking in the commanding, panoramic views of Tortola, East End, Hurricane Hole and Coral Bay. The view of the sea life, jumping sea rays, sea turtles and a variety of fish swimming by are some of the endless possibilities to view from the spacious decks. Another covered deck is located below allowing for additional seating for more outdoor enjoyment. Genip trees, plantain trees and a variey of native plants enriches the vista. Enjoy your first cup of coffee and savor the sunrise or have a frozen blender drink as you watch the sky change colors as sailboats head into port. A Weber gas, charcoal grills, teak table and chairs are provided for your outdoor entertainment and dining. A covered deck separates the great room from the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, cable, TV and a private bath. The shower is constructed of bronze glass blocks with open upper views of Coral Bay. Caribbean Cove offers you the unique opportunity to enjoy your swimmable beach 77 steps down to the bay below. The beach below allows for boundless opportunities to swim, snorkel and explore the native species of paradise, including whelk, conch, langusta and a variety of colorful tropical fish and coral on the nearby reef. Interesting rock formations lend an alluring appeal and creates your own private cove. An outside staircase leads to the two bedrooms and bath on the lower level. The north bedroom has a full size bed.and the south bedroom has a queen size bed. A hallway and bathroom connects the two bedrooms. And an outdoor shower is located near the stairwell. The great room boasts a chef's kitchen. fully equipped with many conveniences to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining area seats 8. A 1/2 bath/powder room is located off of the dining area. Damage deposit on the Villa is $1000.00, in the form of a check which will not be cashed unless there are unpaid damages or charges after your departure. The deposit check is fully refundable to you, provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items, long distance calls charged to the house telephone, and no other charges incurred before or after your stay still outstanding. All normal utilities (except for your long distance phone calls) are included in your rental price. Water is at a premium here, so you will have to watch that you only use what you need. Payments: Once you have made your reservation, you have a TWO WEEK grace period to send your deposit in to us. After two weeks, your “hold” on the property will be subject to cancellation without further notice. The initial deposit required is ONE HALF the RENT to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The balance due of rent, plus hotel tax and your damage deposit, are due at least 30 days prior to your arrival. Your first payment (deposit) will always be applied toward the total rent. All rentals in the USVI are subject to a 8% USVI Government Hotel Tax.
Cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of 100% of your total rent, unless we are able to re-book your rental dates. Naturally we will always do our utmost to help fill dates which must be canceled for whatever reason, so that a full or partial refund can be made to you without loss to the Villa or Home, less a 10% service charge . Refund arrangements largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. For peace of mind we recommend cancellation insurance available through your agent. No refunds may be given for early departure, unless there is a problem that can not be cured within 24 hours or causes our guests extreme undue discomfort or serious inconvenience.
