Rental Rate Notes
There is a $125.00/week non-refundable pet fee. Your pet must be in a crate when left in the condo alone. When walking your dog outside, please clean up after any discards left on lawns, sidewalks or streets. Also, there is an additional $50.00/week fee for a 7th occupant. No smoking in the condo. Follow trash/recycle schedule that is posted in the garage for weekly pick-up.Rental Policies
“WELCOME TO OUR HOME…” CHECK-IN: 2 PM and CHECK-OUT: 10 AM There is a two car garage which I share with my neighbor. When you pull into the garage, my side is on the right. If there are two cars being parked in the garage, you must park them behind each other – not side-by-side. A temporarykey pad number will be provided to you in the information packet mailed. Please keep the garage doors closed when not in use and also the front door into the garage locked. There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo. CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES: There is no grilling allowed on any balcony. However, there is an electric grill with an extention cord provided in the garage and allowed to be used outside of the garage door on your side. Please clean and return grill in garage after it has cooled from cooking. There is to be no hanging of towels, bathing suits or clothes on any balcony railings. A wooden (fold-up) hanger is provided and located in the laundry room closet, which may be used on the back balcony. Please rinse your feet, if coming from the beach, with the outside hose next to the garage door. You may then use the outside enclosed shower located on the back balcony. Quiet hour begins after 11:00 PM every night. There is to be no loud music or noise on the balcony between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There are two trash cans available for use in the garage – trash and recycle. Trash pick up is every Monday and Thursday. Recycle day is every Tuesday. PLEASE DO NOT mix recycles in with your trash! You must put out the trash and recycles the night before and please put the lids tightly on these cans. Please be prompt in returning the cans back into the garage after trash pick-up. The Condo Association is very strick with the trash and recycles and a fine will be imposed if not done properly. THANK YOU! Also, there are clean sheets for all the beds and extra pillows and blankets in the closets. If using the sheets provided, please wash and fold them and return them back into the closets. The thermostat is set at a very comfortable cool temperature. Also, keep doors and windows closed when running the air conditioner. Please do not turn off the air conditioner upon check-out; it has to work too hard to cool the unit for the next tenants. Upon check-out, please check that all windows and doors are locked and our home is in the condition in which you found it. Also, remove all items from the refrigerator and either throw them out or take them home. Please have all dirty dishes out of the sink, load them in the dishwasher, and turn it on. Empty all trash and recyclables in the proper bins in the garage. You must check of your rental unit no later than 10:00 AM and return the keys to your rental agent on your check-out date. Half of rental amount due upon booking condo. Balance due 30 days before rental date. Or if booked within two weeks of rental date, balance is due one week prior to rental date. 10% security deposit of rental fee (refundable if no damage has occurred) $125.00 extra (non-refundable) for pet. All pets must be caged when unsupervised. Pick up "doggie doo" when walking pet outside of premises. $500.00 security deposit for pet (refundable if no damage has occurred)
If the lease is cancelled by the tenant, the tenant will be subject to a $150.00 cancellation fee and provided the premises are re-rented at no loss to the owner or rental agent, any monies paid by the tenant will be returned to the tenant within 30 days after replacement lease is obtained and subject to cancellation fee.
