The public beaches in Hobe Sound are less than 2 miles away and a wonderful route to walk or bike ride. Jupiter or Stuart are just minutes away.

Rental Rate Notes
One week minimum. (Christmas through New Year's 2 week minimum). All rates are in US Dollars. 50% due with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $600 security deposit. Tenant to pay applicable state taxes, owner will pay tourist tax. One, mid week housekeeping visit included with stay. All repeat customers receive 10% discount regardless of season. Property is owned by Florida real estate licensee.Rental Policies
No Smoking / No Pets
50% due with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $1000. Security Deposit. All fees to be paid prior to occupancy. Tenant to pay applicable state tax and tourist tax on short term rentals. Property is owned by a Florida real estate licensee.
Refunds are made only if the property is re-rented for the dates reserved less a $500 cancellation fee.
