Pompano Joes is located 2 blocks down the beach, perfect for cool drinks, lunch or dinner. Baytowne Wharf is 3 minutes by car and is full of outdoor shops, restaurants, nightlife, and looks like a little mini New Orleans. The movie theater is in another outdoor shopping center that is just minutes away. There is a water park in Destin that has a miniature golf course next door. There are a variety of golf courses to play on. A variety of water sports. A work out gym close by, a paved bike path just out the front door perfect for biking or walking. $250 deposit required to book reservation. Master Card and Visa Accepted. . 11% tax not included, $110 cleaning on all bookings not included. check out is 10:00 am, check in is at 3:00 pm. No smoking inside condo please. Deposit does not apply towards weekly rate. Weekly rental only in summer, Sat. to Sat; No smoking inside house please. Full balance due 14 days prior to arrival date. Deposit does not apply towards weekly rate. Deposit will be refunded with in 21 days after you vacate the premises and it has been inspected. Cancellation: Full deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within the 30 to 14 days of your arrival date, you will get a credit towards a future stay. If you cancel 14 days or less of your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. You are not obligated to your reservation if a hurricane is issued for Destin by the NOAA. Mastercard and Visa accepted. A $250 deposit is required to reserve the booking; 11% Florida tax not included. $110 non refundable cleaning fee on all bookings.
