Pompano Joes is located 2 blocks down the beach, perfect for cool drinks, lunch or dinner. Baytowne Wharf is 3 minutes by car and is full of outdoor shops, restaurants, nightlife, and looks like a little mini New Orleans. The movie theater is in another outdoor shopping center that is just minutes away. There is a water park in Destin that has a miniature golf course next door. Rental Rate Notes
Weekly rates only in summer. Saturday to Saturday. Some months, 2 night minimum, check outs on Saturday's. Master Card and Visa accepted. Cancel 30 days out and you will get a full refund. Cancel within 30 days of your arrival and a credit towards a future stay will be granted. You are not obligated to your reservation if a hurricane is issued by the NOAA for Destin.Rental Policies
NO SMOKING. CHECK OUT IS 10:00 AM, CHECK IN IS AT 3:00 PM. If condo is available prior to 3:00 pm, you will be able to check in early. ******June & July 2008, Weekly rentals only. Departures are on Saturday's.
Mastercard and Visa accepted. A $250 deposit is required to reserve the booking; the remainder balance is due prior to, or the day of check in. The deposit does not apply towards your weekly rental rate. Your deposit will be refunded within 21 days, after you vacate the premises and it has been inspected.
Your $250 deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within the 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be applied towards a future stay. You are not obligated to your reservation if a Hurricane is issued for Destin by the NOAA.
