Activities and Attractions
Destin is full of activities. The largest outlet mall called the Silver Sands Mall is one mile away. Baytown Wharf is a fun and entertaining area full of shops, restaurants, nightlife and lots of character. It is like a mini New Orleans and only 3 minutes away by car. Another great area in Destin is the Water Park. Right next to that is the miniature golf course. They have go carts on the way there. There is a movie theater in a nearby outdoor mall called the Destin Commons, which is nice to get out and walk around. They have music playing, lots of unique shops, everything for men and women. Pompano Joes is located 2 blocks away down the beach, perfect for cool drinks, lunch or dinner. There are a variety of golf courses to play on, a variety of water sports. A work out gym close by, a paved bike path just out the front door perfect for biking or walking. You will have plenty of things to do.

A $90 non-refundable processing & cleaning fee on all bookings. $250 deposit. M/C and Visa accepted. The deposit does not apply towards the balance; Your deposit will be credited back within 21 days once you vacate the property and it has been inspected. No Pets. No Smoking inside condo. There is an elevator next to the stairwell to take you to this 4th floor unit. You are not obligated to your reservation if a hurricane is issued for Destin by the NOAA.Rental Policies
NO SMOKING, NO PETS. CHECK OUT IS 10:00 AM, CHECK IN IS AT 3:00 PM. If condo is available prior to 3:00 pm, you will be able to check in early. ******June & July, Weekly stays only, Departures are on Saturday's. ** RETURN GUESTS GET $100 OFF YOUR VACATION FOR 2009, IF BOOKED FOR 1 WEEK STAY BY DEC. 31, 2008!!!!
M/C and Visa accepted. A $250 deposit is required to reserve the booking; After you vacate the property and it has been inspected, your deposit will be credited within 21 days.
Your $250 deposit will be refunded if you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within the 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be applied towards a deposit for a future stay. You are not obligated to your reservation if a Hurricane is issued for Destin by the NOAA.
