Enjoy one of the best views in Vallarta. The condo is nestled on a hillside in Conchas Chinas, south of "Old Vallarta". From the living room and den enjoy a spectacular view of the Bay of Banderas and the surrounding jungle. The condo is on the pool level. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms and spacious back patio area with tropical plants and beautiful Spanish tile. Most of the furniture in the condo is made by the local craftsmen in the area. There is one full bedroom with a queen size bed that looks out onto the back patio. There is also the den which doubles as a second bedroom. The den has full length windows which look out to the ocean. The den closes off for privacy and is perfect for naps and reading or for those who like to hear the ocean when they sleep.

For those who like the flexibility of being able to prepare their own meals, the condo has an equipped kitchen. The quiet, relaxed feeling of the condo and its surroundings are some of the things we like best. Many guests have commented on the decor, the condo's surroundings, the breathtaking view, excellent location, and the cleanliness of the condo. The condo offers sun or shade throughout the day and you can tan for most of the day at the pool, or read a book from one of sitting areas on most levels of the building, all which have fantastic views. If you prefer some shade you can typically enjoy it in the afternoons on the back patio. The condo is relatively spacious, bright, clean, quiet and comfortable and is best for a vacationing couple but can accommodate up to 3 people quite comfortably.

Being located south of old Puerto Vallarta in the very exclusive area commonly known as "Conchas Chinas" allows you to have access to all the amenities and enjoy the excitement of the day or night and then you can slip away and enjoy your privacy and relax away from the tourist crowds in your home away from home on your vacation. Puerto Vallarta, Mexico is a very romantic city and there are many restaurants that offer fine dining in a romantic atmosphere, a great place to begin your relationship or rekindle it. Visitors love the red tiled roofs, cobblestone streets and the friendly Mexican people and their culture. Enjoy the live Mexican music in or outside the restaurants and bars along with Latino, Violin, and Piano etc. It is approximately a 25 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride to exciting night life, great shopping, art galleries that offer new and exciting pieces, popular beaches and restaurants that offer cuisine from all around the world.
