Spacious, comfortable 2 bedroom vacation residences nestled on the edge of the cliffs. Our property offers 5, 2-bedroom vacation residences, each with unbelievable ocean views and all with access to a private beach! Located in Pt. Loma, near Ocean Beach, you are close to all San Diego has to offer: 10 seconds from the beach, 30 seconds from Sunset Cliffs Nature Park, 4 minutes to the heart of Ocean Beach and dining, shopping, antiquing, taverns, sightseeing and, of course, more beaches! 6 minutes to the charming village of old Pt. Loma, with its shops, restaurants and the San Diego Yacht Club. 10 minutes to Sea World, Old Town, the Gas Lamp District, the airport, shopping at Fashion Valley, 15 minutes to the World Famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park and about 30 minutes to Legoland and the Wild Animal Park. All amenities!

Our ocean-front, Sunset Cliffs property features 5, two-bedroom vacation residences with king- and queen-size beds, plush pillows, down comforters and cool and luxurious, 400-500 thread count Sateen sheets. Each residence also features a magnificent ocean view and either a private patio or balcony. Two of our vacation residences share adjoining doors - perfect for larger groups or multi-family vacations! Of course, just about all of the amenities of home are included: kitchen appliances, including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, utensils, silverware, plates, cups and glasses; Bath towels and soap, linens, pillows and blankets; and entertainment such as satellite TV, CD player and clock radios. You'll also find an outside BBQ, plenty of beach chairs, chaise lounges and tables. Also, our vacation residences feature electronic numeric coded entries, which means no keys for you to worry about. We want your stay to be peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable.

Rental Rate Notes
All of our vacation residences offer two bedrooms and at least one bath, excellent ocean views and access to our private beach. 2008 Rates Low Season (November through April): $1740/week, $5250/month Mid Season (May, June and September, October): $2075/week High Season (July and August): $3350/week For longer periods of time, please inquire about extended-stay discounts We now accept credit card and debit card payments (via Paypal). We also offer a second-story, two-bedroom, one and a half bath 'premium suite' which features exceptional views of Sunset Cliffs Nature Park, a beautiful panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and a private, gated balcony. Additional details available upon request. For the premium suite, add $30/nt or $200/week Fifty percent (50%) of the rental payment is required to confirm your reservation. The final 50%, plus security deposit, cleaning fee and 10.5% San Diego Occupancy Tax, is due 30 days prior to rental period. Reservations made within 30 days of the rental period require payment in full. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to rental period receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days will be refunded the security deposit and, if property is re-booked, the rest of your payment. Fees: Tax Rate: 10.50% Cleaning: $75.00 2009 Rates: January, February: $275/nt., $1925/week, $5600-$6200/month ($200/nt.) Please be sure you respect the rights of other guests. Observe quiet time in the neighborhood, control your pets (and clean up after them!), be courteous and everyone will enjoy! There's plenty of sun, sand and surf for everyone!!
Fifty percent (50%) of the rental payment is required to confirm your reservation. The final 50%, including security deposit, cleaning fee and 10.5% San Diego Occupancy Tax, is due 30 days prior to rental period. Reservations made within 30 days of the rental period require payment in full.
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to rental period receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days will be refunded the security deposit and, if property is re-booked, a prorated share of rental payment. We want you to stay here!
