Our newly decorated home is centrally located on a quiet street within walking distance of the Ymca, close to shopping, movies, tennis, fitness center, churches, wonderful restaurants - most with live nightly entertainment, clubs and beaches.
The master bedroom suite features a king sized bed, ceiling fan, 26" LCD HD flat screen satellite TV w/DVD player, master bathroom with jacuzzi, glass enclosed shower, his and hers granite top sinks, private toilet room, and sliding glass doors that lead to a private lanai with wicker seating area and heated pool. The second and third bedrooms both include queen sized beds, ceiling fans, satellite TV w/DVD player, and large closets. The den has a daybed, chest of drawers, and a personal computer with high speed internet access. The living room features a 42" LCD HD flat screen sattelite TV with DVD, and VHS. The sofa opens to a queen sized bed.
When you come, pack light! We have all the comforts of home waiting for you including full size washer and dryer, bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a pop-up canopy, bikes, board games, books, movies, etc.
If dining in with family or friends is what you choose to do, you'll enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, griddle, etc., and you'll have plenty of seating. The dining table seats six and there are four bar stools. Or, you may wish to enjoy the sunset out on the lanai table that also seats six. A propane gas grill is also provided.
If you've never been to Marco, you're in for a treat. A true tropical paradise, Marco Island activities include: in- shore and off-shore fishing, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, hellicoptor tours of the ten thousand islands, shelling tours, airboat rides and swamp buggy tours of the Everglades, golfing, tennis, biking or just relaxing on the beautiful white powder beaches.

Rental Rate Notes
Premium rates may apply during holliday weeksRental Policies
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 10:00am. These times are flexible, just ask. Rental rates are per night. 1 week is 7 nights rental. Sat to sat or Fri to Fri. Discounts for multiple weeks, monthly or seasonal rentals. Departure cleaning fee is included in rental charge.
A 20% deposit is required to reserve home at time of booking. A $500 refundable security deposit is required also at time of booking. The balance of rental fees is due 30 days prior to arrival.
$500 security deposit is refunded within two weeks after house has been cleaned and all property accounted for.
