UNIT CHARGES PER RESERVATION: -All stays under 4 nights will be charged a one-time housekeeping fee of $250. Stays of 4 nights or more will have this $250 housekeeping fee waived, unless a specific homeowner has requested a change in our standard policy. -A "Damage Fee" of $95 is added to all reservations in lieu of a unit security deposit. -All applicable charges for each unit are displayed when you make your online reservation, or use the online "Get Quote" feature.
DEPOSIT POLICIES: - 50% of total rental cost will be charged to your credit card within 10 days of booking. - 50% of total rental cost will be charged to your credit card within 60 days of your arrival date. - FOR RESERVATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL- 100% OF TOTAL RENTAL COST WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHIN 10 DAYS OF BOOKING. Note: All advance deposits shall each be held in a non-segregated Escrow Account by rent Vail, LLC. and no interest shall be paid on returned funds.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES: READ THIS INFORMATION VERY CAREFULLY - A $300 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made MORE than 60 days prior to arrival. - 100% of the total rental cost will be charged on cancellations made LESS than 60 days prior to arrival. - Sorry, but partial or pro-rated refunds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain "travelers' insurance" to insure against these possibilities.
