Rental Policies
Pool Heating extra $150 per week. (required for NOVEMBER - DECEMBER)
Reservations are held with $200 deposit of overall balance, remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
Damaged: $200 damage security is required, it will be returned to you within 3 weeks after your departure, after the villa is inspected and there's no damage.
