This luxurious 1 bedroom 1 bath resort vacation condo is located at Sea Trail Plantation and Golf Resort in Sunset Beach, North Carolina (1 mile from beach and private parking lot at the beach for our guests) and overlook one of the resort's three signature golf courses (Dan Maples, Willard Byrd, and Rees Jones). This condo has all the amenities of home (fully furnished kitchen, separate dining area, large living room with large TV and Vcr/dvd, washer and dryer, etc.) and is a great places for families, honeymooners, and vacationers alike.
Sunset Beach is the southermost beach in North Carolina-a mere three miles of pristine beach. The island is accessible by one of the few remaining swing bridges in the U.S.
The mainland community here is equally beautiful and unspoiled. The pace is slow; yet we're just 45 minutes from Wilmington, and 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach - so there's plenty of nightlife and shopping, outlets, scores of restaurants and live-entertainment theaters.
You willl have an unforgettable vacation at our condo. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a great meal. Linens, towels and toilet paper are provided. The comfortable living room and a screened porch that overlooks a lush, green fairway will allow you to relax and unwind.
Books and movies are available for guests' enjoyment and are great for those times when you just want to kick back and relax. And a restaurant guide with menus from local restaurants and activities guide takes the guesswork out of dining out and activities to enjoy. The area has restaurants featuring Thai, Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian, German, Japanese, Jamaican, French, and Australian cuisines. Major restaurant chains are also available including Subway, Fuddruckers, McDonald's, Hardee's, Outback Steakhouse, K&W Cafeteria, Jackaroo's, Bonefish Grill, Carrabbas and Bob Evans.
Traveling to Sunset Beach is easy via Interstate 95, Highway 17, and Interstate 40. Approximate driving times/distances from various cities are: Charlotte, NC - 4 hours; Greensboro, NC - 4 hours; Raleigh, NC - 3 hours; Washington, DC - 7 hours; New York, NY - 12 hours; and Pittsburgh, PA - 12 hours.

Rental Rate Notes
Seven night minimum is effect from June through August. Pet rates and holiday rates may be more. Rates include linens, utilities, beach chairs and departure cleaning. High speed secure wireless internet access is an additional optional nominal charge.Rental Policies
Please note: You must be 25 years of age to rent this villa. Reservation/Cancellation information: The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation unless the unit can be rented to someone else. If your payment qualifies for a refund, a $20 administrative fee will be levied. Personal checks Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Check-in 4PM or later; Checkout 11AM or earlier; Pet rates and holiday rates may be higher. Rates include linens and departure cleaning but not taxes. Reservations/Cancellations A $300 deposit or 30% of the rental amount, whichever is more, is required to confirm your reservation for weekly rentals. A deposit of $100 is required for 2-3 day rentals. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival or payment in full is due at time of confirmation if less than 30 days prior to your arrival. * Personal checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Unlimited local calls are free. Rates include linens and departure cleaning but not taxes. High Speed SECURE WIRELESS DSL Internet access and beach chairs are available for nominal fees.
For weekly rentals, a $300 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. For stays of less than a week, a $100 deposit is required. Personal checks, money orders, and personal Visa and MasterCard are accepted. We do not accept debit/cash cards, American Express or corporate charge cards. A security deposit is not required.
Deposits are not refundable unless approved at the time of your reservation. All other monies paid on your reservation will be refunded if we can rent the unit you reserved to another party less an admin. fee of $25.
