This spacious floor plan offers a great, comfortable way for anyone to vacation whether a large family or a business person who needs lots of space. There are 3 bedrooms, a queen size bed in tow of the rooms tand third bedroom has a twin bed and a single bed in it. The master bedroom has it's own master bath. The main bathroom is right next to the other two bedrooms. The HOA offers two swimming pools, one of which is only five feet from the front door. The townhouse is located in the Central Coridor of Downtown Phoenix. There are several varieties of eateries within in a mile of the townhome; a dry cleaners, four churches, a temple and a synagogue.There is a gourmet grocery store , "Sees Chocolate" Shop and 3 "Starbucks" coffee shops within 1 mile in any direction from the townhouse. The townhouse is 6 minutes, (10 minutes in traffic), from Sky Harbor International Airport. A 24 hour Walgreens pharmacy is 1 mile away and there are 3 banks within a mile as well. You can choose from several Gourmet Delis, Ice Cream shops and Bakeries that are vin walking distance. This is a prime location for the Phoenix Downtown area. The townhouse is only 20 minutes from the University of Phoenix Stadium( home of the Arizona Cardnials) as well as the Jobing.Com Arena,(home of the Phoenix Coyotes. Arizona State University (asu) is just 20 minutes also. The townhouse is a straight shot to Copper Square in downtown Phoenix, where you can enjoy the symphony, science center, the Heard Museum and the Phoenix Art Museum. If that is not your taste, just a few blocks away from the Convention Center, is Chase Field( home of the Arizona Diamondbacks) and next door to them is the Suns Stadium. Within 15 minutes driving east, you will be in downtown Scottsdale. I guess you couldn't ask for a better location!!! Memories Lane offers short term and discounted rental for corporate and government relocating. "Snow Birds" are also offered discounted rates when renting for 3 to 6 months.

We have a full eat in kitchen that has everything you need to feel right at home. Don't worry about anything; we even have a washer and dryer available too. You will have private covered parking for at least two vehicles and a private patio to enjoy a beautiful evening on. The main swimming pool offers a very private location because it is right out in the front courtyard just a few feet away. Its very enjoyable if you want to partake in the relaxation. This beautiful, quiet and tranquil location will have you coming back time and time again.

Activities and Attractions
Being that you will be located in Central Downtown Phoenix, activities will never be a problem. Of course we already talked about the two pools. The Biltmore Resort and Spa offers Shopping, golf, tennis, entertainment, and is only 2 1/2 miles away and takes about 5 minutes drive time. The Biltmore is an amazing location for its beauty and heritage. There is an Amusement Park and several Water parks within 10 miles or less, which includes The Tempe Town Lakes, the Phoenix Zoo, Dodge Theatre, The Herberger, Gammage, and Coopers'town ( Alice Cooper's resturant). Having dinner at any of the valleys hot spots and you might get entertained by the likes of George Benson or Alice Cooper just by them dropping by. Copper Square, the Biltmore, Tempe and Scottsdale are all with in 10 minutes of having the best time ever in the "Valley of the Sun"!!.

Memories Lane has a Rental Contract listing all Policies available to view upon request. Once the renter have decided to Rent,he/she(they) are subject to a background/credit check and renter will be required to sign Memories Lane Contract and Policies Agreement. Contact Owner for more details. Security Deposits are based on the rental time and the rental amount due. ALL deposits must be received no later than 14 days prior to booking request. The agreed upon rental amount will be due at this time as well. Once renter have departed and the property is left in it's original condition, renter will receive his/her deposit back. (pictures will be taken for proof of condition if it is not left in its originall condition) This process will take no longer than seven business days. There is also a non-refundable $100.00 cleaning deposit required. This with all other deposits is required 14 days prior to booking request. Background/credit checks are conducted on all applicants. Once background/credit check is processed and is recieved not acceptable, Memories Lane will keep one half of the security deposit due to the lost of being able to rent on foresaid dates. Contact Owner for more specific lease agreement information.
Security deposits will be refunded within seven business days of departure following the cleaning and inspection of the property. If an emergency arises and renter cancels his/hers reservation less than 14 days prior to his/her arrival, renter will need to provide Owner with written documentation notorized for the reason he/she are canceling or Memories Lane will keep the security deposit. There will be no refunds on the non-refundable $100.00 cleaning deposit.
