This house was custom built in 2004 and is located in the middle of the island only minutes away (less than 1 mile) from the beach, ultimate fine dining restaurants and shopping.
The amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, phone, 3 bedrooms and a den that has a daybed which converts to either 2 twin beds or a king size. Master bedroom includes a king size bed, second bedroom a queen bed and third bedroom a bunkbed with a full size mattress on the bottom and twin size above. All bedrooms have cable TV.
Residence also includes a 2 car garage, bicycles, 14 x 28 size heated pool which is under a screen enclosure and spacious living room area with a queen size sofa bed and 36 inch cable TV. Also included is a Nintendo system for kids.
