The Villas At Seven Dwarfs Lane is located in sunny Kissimmee, Florida just off of 192. Minutes to Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Gaylord Palms Convention Center, Downtown Orlando. You can walk to great restaurants and shopping. This is a brand new resort.
Our beautifully furnished spacious townhome boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has central air and heat. The living room/dining room area has a sofa and sleeper sofa, coffee and end tables, cable tv, dvd player. The dining area has a beautiful table with 4 chairs, and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need, fridge/freezer with ice maker, stove and microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee & tea pots, toaster, utensils, pots & pans, dish/glassware, etc. The laundry area has a washer/dryer, iron & board, vacuum cleaner. Towels and linens are provided. The large master bedroom suite is located on the first floor with a king size bed, cable tv, walkin closet, a large bathroom with a jetted tub for two and shower. The second floor has two bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room, cable tv's. All rooms have alarm clocks and ceiling fans. In the hallway there is a separate sink with vanity, as well as a full bathroom with a tub and shower, and another sink and vanity.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with palm trees and gardens. The mansion like clubhouse has a gym, business center, fax and free internet service, big screen tv, with lots of seating area's. Too much to list. The huge heated pool area has wrap around sundecks, and dynamic water features, jacuzzi, lots of lounge chairs, table and chairs with umbrellas, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, large children's playground, 2 carwash stations, picnic area.

There is a $200.00 deposit to hold your reservation. The balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that the minimum age to rent this townhome is 25 years of age. There is no smoking or pets allowed in the condo. There is no refund for early departure. Full refunds will be given with 30 day notice before arrival. EASTER, JULY 4TH WEEK,THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS, WEEKS $800.00 JANUARY, FEBUARY, MARCH IS $1800.00 PER MONTH.Rental Policies
Daily $100.00, Weekly $600.00, $1800.00 Monthly, 3 night minimum stay required. Must be at least 25 years of age. No Smoking, No Pets, Check in 4:00pm checkout is 10:00 am There is a $65.00 cleaning fee for all stays. We accept certified checks, money orders, Visa , Mastercard, Paypal

OUR UNIT IS LOCATED CLOSE TO THE POOL AND CLUBHOUSE. THERE IS A CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND, BASKETBALL COURTS, VOLLEYBALL COURTS, BBQ AREA, FISHING, HUGE OUTDOOR HEATED POOL WITH FOUNTAINS AND JACUZZI. ALL OVER LOOKING A BEAUTIFUL LAKE. CLUBHOUSE HAS A LARGE GYM, GAME ROOM WITH A POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, VIDEO GAMES. THERE IS MASSAGES BY THE POOL TOO. THIS IS A FIRST CLASS RESORT.
