St Augustine Beach vacation rental, located on Anastasia Island on A1A South, just 10-15 minutes south of historic St Augustine, the beautiful bay-front and marina. See St. Augustine's historic district with all the charm of its Spanish heritage. A shopping plaza, supermarket and the world famous "Oasis Restaurant" are all just 5 minutes from the Condo. You have direct access to the beach in less than 3 minutes from the condo front door, through a lovely courtyard with 2 large size pools (1 heated) Jacuzzi/hot-tub, gazebo and tennis courts. This is a guarded community with 24 hour security, assigned parking and a visitor's lot. The living area has a 27" Flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR. The tropical decor gives this condo a Key West beachy atmosphere. This room also features a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washer and dryer. The master suite has a queen size bed, TV, ceiling fan and an oversized shower in the master bath. The guest room has 2 twin sized beds and a TV with DVD player. The second bath room has a full size tub/shower. The dining area and living room have wood floors and a cathedral ceiling with fans. Several games, DVDs and books are there for your leisure. There are beach chairs, pails and shovels for the beach goers. This rental is also puppy friendly, a nice quiet end unit on the 3rd floor with elevator. The private beach access is just minutes down a lovely courtyard. And on the back balcony you have the best sunsets in Florida with the palms and a glimpse of the ocean.

This 3rd floor end unit has vaulted ceiling with fans. The use of all club facilities and amenities are free to all renters including free local phone calls and hi speed wireless internet in the club house. Also the local phone line may be used for dial-up. There is also a small fitness center with machines and weights located in the clubhouse. The condo unit is equipped with an elevator. There are two pools, one heated, a jacuzzi, tennis courts, shuffel boards and a private access to the beach. New this year there are grills and picnic tables available.

Activities and Attractions
The unit is just 10-15 minutes from beautiful downtown Historic St Augustine. Great restaurants start right outside. There is the Purple Olive across the street, the famous " Oasis " down on the corner and many many more all along A1A as you head into Historic St Augustine. Across the bridge of Lions you have A1A Ale House and Harry's, and in town near the gates of St Augustine you have Annie O'Malleys Irish Pub, go in for a pint and the best soup and sandwiches around. Great pub atmosphere and one of the friendliest places in town.
There are ghost tours, shopping, dining and visit the wax museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, the Fountain of Youth and take a Sightseeing train through the streets of St Augustine or a carriage ride. There's plenty to do day or night.
We are also just about 2 hours from Disney or if your a race car enthusiast, less than an hour from Daytona Beach.

Rental Rate Notes
Cleaning fees are $80.00, and additional $100 for pets.Rental Policies
Dogs are welcome under 30 pounds. There is a $80.00 cleanng fee unless otherwise noted.
Ocean Village Realty requires a $500.00 refundable deposit for all reservations made. This deposit is due upon arrival and will be refunded 15 days after inspection of the unit when you depart. Any damages to the unit will result in the loss of the $500.00 deposit. Guest are also responsible for any damages exceeding $500.00. To be paid by check or cash only, upon your arrival. OR you have the option to purchase property damage waiver. The waiver insures the guest for up to $1000.00 worth of damage. The guest will be responsible for any and all damage exceeding the $1000.00. The property damage waiver can be purchased for $43.60 which includes tax. Choose either option.
All cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non refundable. Cancellations made 30 or more will receive deposit less $25.00 handling fee. All rates subject to change without notice unless confirmed by reservation.
