The beautiful sandy stretch of beach in Neskowin is 1/2 block away and there are beach toys, chairs and big towels for your convenience.
In town you'll find the Neskowin golf course, horse stables, Hawk Creek Cafe, and Neskowin marketplace. we are 10 miles from Lincoln City and Pacific City for more shopping and activities. The forested hills and Proposal Rock supply you with hours and miles of hiking and natural beauty.

Rental Rate Notes
Seven night minimum during June-September. One night minimum October - May. $100 cleaning fee will be added to each stayRental Policies
Check-in will be at 4:00 PM and Check-out will be at 11:00 am.
1/2 the rent is due 6 months in advance to hold the dates. The remaining 1/2 is due on the first month of your rental start date.
Deposits will be refunded in full if cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to the rental start date. Any cancellations within 2 weeks will incur a $100 fee.
