The villa is located in very desireable Ocean Village Villas which has a private inground pool, separate kiddie pool, shuffleboard court and tennis court for your use. Relax at the beach and come home to enjoy your beautiful pool in the private club setting.
The home has a Florida tile roof and central air, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, and eat in kitchen with all newer appliances. The bathroom also has newer fixtures. There is a newer washer and dryer in the unit. Floors are new ceramic tile, and there is also a large screened in lanai with new patio furniture, chaise lounge, ceiling fan, as well as an outside concrete patio and large yard. The home has everything included: towels, sheets, linens, utensils, pots and pans and is ready for your stay. The home has 2 televisions (cable), a dvd player, and local phone calling. Parking is plentiful and is in front of the home.
There are many nearby activities in Ormond Beach including Pirate's Cove-a mini golf course one block away, a water park, swimming at the beach or pool, shell hunting, parasailing, great restaurants and wonderful stores for shopping. St. Augustine is a quick 45 minutes north, and Cape Canaveral is 45 minutes south. Orlando is 90 minutes away as are other major attractions. Closer to home is Daytona Beach the home of Daytona International Speedway(Nascar and AMA motorcycle races) for your viewing pleasure.
