We, at Central Florida Rentals and Management, appreciate the opportunity to be your vacation destination of choice. The renter is responsible for reading and accepting the Terms & Conditions of the Rental Agreement. A deposit of $150 is required to secure a reservation. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal or check. The balance is due 30 days prior to date of arrival, or upon reservation if reservation is made within 30 days of check-in. All amounts paid towards balance are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are allowed in some properties. 10% retained for any canceled signed reservation. 20% retained at 4 to 3 weeks prior to arrival. 50% retained at 3 to 2 weeks prior to arrival. 100% retained at 2 weeks prior to arrival or less. Every consideration will be given to persons who are forced to cancel for reasons beyond their control. In the event of a hurricane 1 week prior to arrival, Central Florida Rentals & Management Inc. offer guests the opportunity to reschedule their vacation.
