Rental Policies
ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED Weekly rentals are from Monday to Sunday afternoon. All rates are subject to local occupancy tax, if applicable (usually if less than month to month stay). There is a cleaning fee of $50.00.
Deposit is $200 for weekly stays and $100 for weekend. All major credit cards accepted
Cancellation must be 72 hours in advance of start date of stay.
