LOW SEASON Up to 91 days prior to arrival, full refund less 10% of total rent cancellation fee. 90-61 days prior to arrival, 50% of total rent is forfeited. 60 days or less prior to arrival, no refund. Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable regardless of when canceled.
