Rental Rate Notes
No smoking or pets allowed. Deposit for damages plus $1000.00 rental deposit and association fees to be paid when lease is signed approx. 2 months before lease begins. Balance of rent and $150.00 cleaning fee and all taxes are due 1 month before lease begins. Damage deposit is refunded within 1 month of end of lease less any charges for damages. Rental deposit is charged against total rent due unless lease is cancelled prior to 2 months from lease start date. If lease is cancelled prior to 2 months from lease start date, then deposit is refunded. If not, deposit is surrendered to leasor.Rental Policies
