Rental Policies
No smoking or pets allowed.
Deposit for damages plus $1000.00 rental deposit and association fees paid when lease is signed approximately 2 months before lease commences. Balance of rent is due 1 month before lease commences plus $150.00 cleaning fee and all taxes.
Damage deposit refunded within one month of end of lease minus any damage charges. Rental deposit is charged against total rent due unless lease is cancelled by leasor prior to 2 months before lease commences . If lease is cancelled prior to 2 months from lease start date then the deposit is refunded. If not, deposit is surrendered to the leasor.
