Payment Methods Accepted: All major credit cards are accepted. Fees & Taxes: 14% resort tax + $100-$150 departure cleaning fee (depending upon unit type) + $125 condo association fee. No security deposit required on weekly rentals.
Deposits: 50% upon decision, balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation & Return Policy: 60 days prior to arrival with a $500 cancellation fee.
