#9 Cougar Point - Sea Marsh Drive

Our Kiawah Island home sits on a large oak wooded lot overlooking the #9 Cougar Point green, a 4.5 star golf course, and short walk from Kiawah's 7 mile beach. The home is located on Sea Marsh Drive providing a central location to the beach, Night Heron Park, the Straw Market, Freshfields & the golf courses of Kiawah Island (Turtle Point, Osprey Point, & The Ocean Course). The home is also situated between East & West Beach tennis courts. Kiawah Island has been rated as the #1 tennis resort. The #9 Cougar Point home was completely remodeled in 2006. The home has hardwood floors throughout, antique linen cabinetry with blue pearl granite counter-tops, and ceramic accented oversized bathrooms. An upper level deck extends from the master bedroom providing a beautiful view of the #8 Cougar Point green & fairway and a great opportunity for a relaxing romantic evening enjoying the Kiawah wildlife & scenery.

The first floor has an open floor plan ideal for entertaining family & friends. The kitchen has a large rectangular island with an elevated surface perfect for eating and conversation. The blue pearl countertops are expertly matched with stainless steel appliances and pearl linen cabinets.
