Description of the Property

WE HAVE Added HIGH Speed Wireless Internet - FREE - This home is located in Doral Woods off Poinciana Blvd in Kissimmee, 3 miles south of 17-92 south OBT. It is a short drive up Poinciana Blvd to get to the 192 resort area and 10/15 mins from the home to get to Disney. Sea world and Universal add on 5 mins as you use the Interstate 4. We recommend you use Osceola Parkway to get into Disney - avoid the 192 congestion and traffic lights!

Doral woods is a quiet neighborhood - a blend of vacation rentals and residential homes are in this up scale community of custom built homes. There is a community tennis court ( bring your own gear) and community pool - but of course we have our own private fully screened pool - and in the cooler months we offer pool heat. Visitors visiting Disney and the other theme parks choose Doral Woods as an ideal base for their vacation. Easy access road get you where you need to be!

The property is built on one level, is on an oversized 1/2 acre wooded lot with privacy around the pool area. The pool is 32 x 15 feet and the square footage of the home is 1,915 under A/c ( figure does not include the 2 car garage , porch, lanai and pool deck area). The pool area has plenty of space to sit out on loungers, or sit under the lanai at the table and chairs to dine and have a BBQ. Many guests leave pools toys for the next visitors! The pool can be heated in the cooler months - not all guests need this so we keep the pool heat charge separate to the rent - $105 per week.

The interior of the home is well furnished, leather sofas, king bed, the kids themed room we hope adds to your stay. The property has 4 bedrooms - two of these are master suites -one done as a king and the other a Queen, they each have their own bathroom. The king has walk in shower, Jacuzzi tub and twin vanities. The queen tub, showerand vanity. Both masters have a TV.

The other two bedrooms have 2 x twin beds - one in florals - the other in Winnie the Pooh for younger guests. Both these rooms also have TV's. There is a full bathroom for guests at this side of the house - bath, tub, vanity, and the door goes out to the pool area.

The family room has TV, video, dvd player, stereo system, and has the leather furniture the second living space has 3 and 2 seater couches ( pulls out to a Queen sized sofa bed). This room overlooks the pool area.

The kitchen has all the appliances, food processor, ice maker etc. plus a breakfast bar. We also have an additional nook table and chairs close to kitchen for extra seating.

The dining area has a large formal dining table and 8 chairs, china cabinet etc. This room also has a view of the pool.

The home has it's own utility room, under A/C so full size washer and dryer, iron etc. which leads you into the garage - takes 2 cars, auto garage door opener with button on the wall.

We stayed at 2916 Evans Way, Doral Woods. The house was very nice and spacious. I'm in a wheelchair and we needed some help in setting up the house to make it more accommodating for me. Michelle and Steve were very, very helpful in assisting us to make sure my needs were met. They were very easy to work with. We very much enjoyed our stay. The Wi-Fi and free long distance were a nice extra and we really appreciated them. If we're every in the Orlando area again, we would definitely like to stay there again. Thanks for all your hard work to help us out
