For extra sleeping areas, aside from beds, we have a full size and 1 single futon mattress. Upstairs is a huge loft style master bedroom with jacuzzi tub, downstairs is a large bedroom with queen bed, and a double futon cushion, and 1 smaller bedroom with a double bed and 1 single futon cushion/chair.
High speed internet modem is also on site. Satalite TV with premium Channels, HBO, sports etc. Unlimited long distance calling in the USA & Canada.

Short drive to Sea World, Zoo, Downtown Gaslamp district, San Diego Convention Center, beaches, Balboa Park & Old Town. You can do day trips (30 minutes drive or more) to Coronado Island, (drive of take the ferry) Legoland, Mexico, & Disneyland.
For winter visits, drive to Big Bear or mount laguna for snow boarding & skiing, (1-2 hours drive) You can have sun & snow in the same week!

Rental Policies
$100 payment (non refundable) to hold hour reservation, balance due min 30 days prior to arrival. Check, Visa or Mastercard are accepted forms of payment. $500 security (fully refunded after departure) Renter is fully responsible for any damages or missing items. Renter must comply with quiet hours in the neighborhood.
Cancellations: No refunds are made if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival. I n the events of a documented medical emergency, credit will be issued to re-book for another date.
