Access can be found on this level through the sliding doors to our lake that is stocked with fish for the fisherman, or you can rent a non-motorized boat from one of the convenient stores located minutes from the house. On the second floor, you will find beautifully decorated bedrooms and a full bath.
This home is situated in the Pocono Mountains or what we call, a northeast treasure, and is located minutes from, where in the summer you can enjoy an array of activities such as golf, horseback riding, hiking, tennis, water parks, etc., and in the winter you can enjoy hunting, skiing , snowmobiling - (Jack Frost and Big Boulder mountain are 8 minutes by car and Camelback is 15 minutes); and let's not forget shopping, the Crossing outlet year-round mall is a 15 minute drive from the house as well as numerous antique shops. Year-round, “The Crossings Outlets” provides for a wide range of shopping and assorted amusements. If you like to antique shop, this is the ideal spot with many places to find those hidden treasures. During the winter seasons, “Camelback (just 15 minutes away by car)” is the perfect resort for skiing,snowboarding, and tubing, not to mention Jack Frost and Big Boulder which is only 8 minutes by car. In the summer months, Camelback, known as “Camel beach,” unleashes the refreshing splendor of a water park, and an alpine slide. Casinos? Yes, the Pocono Mountains now has 2 casinos; one at Mount Airy Lodge and the other in Wilkes Barre - 20mins drive.

Rental Rate Notes
$300-$500 Security Deposit and $80.00 cleaning fee. Please contact owner for holiday rates. Thanksgiving $1,000.00; Christmas & New Years $1,200.00 for 3 nights. We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and electronic check payments.Rental Policies
Pets will NOT be allowed. NO SMOKING, please respect this and smoke only outside the home. USA VISITORS - Linens are provided, however, please be sure to bring your own towels. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS - Linens are provided- however, should you wish us to provide towels, there will be a $100.00 towel deposit added which will be returned unless towels are lost or damaged.
The security/damage deposit shall not be returned until the premises have been inspected and will be returned within 30 days following the RENTER(s) departure. There will be no refunds for power outages, inclement weather, the level of the lake, renter illness, early departure, and matters beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy: The 50% required deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified of cancellation thirty days (30) prior to Renter(s) scheduled arrival date. Should Renter(s) cancel within thirty days, Owner or Owners’ agent will try to fill the canceled rental period. If rental period can be filled, 50% will be returned to Renter(s) less Three Hundred dollars ($300) which shall be retained for additional advertising costs incurred as a result of the cancellation. If rental period can not be filled, the 50% deposit will be retained.
