Description of the Property

Charming, cozy 1940's riverfront cabin, recently renovated, with new kitchen; surrounded by the woods of the Delaware River National Recreation Area, a national park. Only 5 minutes to the beautiful village of Milford, Pennsylvania for fine dining, galleries and craft shops, or make a right off Phillips Lane for a mile and a half to major shopping in Matamoras, and antiquing in Port Jervis, NY and nearby towns along the NY side of the Delaware.

This cozy cabin has three bedrooms off a central living room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. A warm sunroom in front looks out across the Delaware river where eagles and hawks circle above from their nearby nests; geese and ducks can also be seen on the banks. At sundown deer emerge from the New Jersey woods side of the river.

The cabin has original paintings of the area and a small screen porch. Canoe and kayak rentals are available at the campsite, a short walk down the lane. Alternatively, the more laid-back among you may take our inner tubes for a lazy float down the river.
