Playa del Carmen at it's best! Our stunning three bedroom beachfront home is located in the brand new Luna Encantada condo development and overlooks the infinity pool and Mexican Caribbean! The condo is exceptionally private and secure, yet within one block walk to 5th Avenue, which is an open-air pedestrian walkway with a wide variety of fine multi-national restaurants, art galleries, shops and nightclubs. Our condos luxurious amenities, coupled with its ideal location, make it the perfect place for families and friends vacationing together!

We provide Uniformed maid and Guest Services to all our guests that include: fresh beach & bath towels, purified bottled water, trash removal, kitchen clean-up and linen services. We also provide Unlimited FREE USE OF OUR Phone TO CALL LONG Distance to the U.S. and Canada, along with WiFi internet hook-up.

Our home is professionally decorated in an Indonesian theme with stylish upscale furnishings, antiques, original paintings, plus many other details to provide quality and comfort. Features include deluxe marble, granite, and stone finishes, stainless steel gourmet kitchen with slab granite countertops, high end cabinets and hardwood accents throughout. Panoramic views of the beach can be seen through large double glass doors that overlook the pool from the terrace, living room and master bedroom.

The villa features three private bedrooms, one with king bed/ full master bath and two bedrooms with queen beds sharing a full bath. Each bedroom is appointed with high quality hotel style mattresses and fine cotton linens. A "hotel quality" safe is provided to lock up your valuables and laptop computer. We welcome families with children and cribs are available upon request.

Additional features include two TV's with cable hookup, DVD player and Cd/AM/FM/iPod audio system, teak patio furniture on your private balcony or comfortable lounge chairs around the pool/beach for your friends and family to enjoy the stunning views of the turquoise Caribbean. Premium guest services that are available include tour reservations, airport van transfers ($70 for up to 8 people) , personal chef service, and provisioning services.

Travelers will find nearby, within a few blocks several small markets and grocery stores to outfit the kitchen for your stay when you desire to cook a meal and take a break from the fantastic fine restaurants located within short walking distance. There are so many wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby that many guests never cook a meal! The town of Playa del Carmen has grown along the beach and is amazingly cosmopolitan, attracting vacationers from around the world. It has become one of Mexico's most charming and unique international destinations and you will want to come back year after year to experience this amazing place.

From you front door you are just steps from the beach, where you can swim, snorkel or jog along a white sandy beach that stretches for miles. Want to explore and venture out? You are in the heart of the area known as the Riviera Maya that extends from Cancun, in the North, to Tulum in the south. Walk four blocks down the beach to the ferry and head over to Cozumel for the day. Investigate Mayan ruins, swim in underground rivers, scuba dive the incredible Planacar Reef or golf on some of the most beautiful courses in the world.

Staying at our Luna Encantada villa A-2 offers the traveler a private oasis on the beach, yet you are close enough to the activities that 5th Avenue offers. The incredible location and luxurious quality of our home will provide the foundation for a memorable holiday!
