Also has two onsite tennis courts for summer use and hiking/biking abound.

DEPOSIT POLICIES: - 50% of total rental cost will be charged to your credit card within 10 days of booking. - 50% of total rental cost will be charged to your credit card within 60 days of your arrival date. - FOR RESERVATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL- 100% OF TOTAL RENTAL COST WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHIN 10 DAYS OF BOOKING. Note: All advance deposits shall each be held in a non-segregated Escrow Account by rent Vail, LLC. and no interest shall be paid on returned funds.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES: READ THIS INFORMATION VERY CAREFULLY: - A $300 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made MORE than 60 days prior to arrival. - 100% of the total rental cost will be charged on cancellations made LESS than 60 days prior to arrival. - Sorry, but partial or pro-rated refunds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain "travelers' insurance" to insure against these possibilities.
