Rental Policies
All rent is due and payable at least 7 days prior to scheduled checkin date.
$500 deposit to hold reservation, refundable (assuming there is no property damage) 5 days after checkout minus a $150 cleaning fee.
All rent and deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is prior to 30 days of scheduled checkin date. No refunds on deposit if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to scheduled check in date. 50% of any daily prepaid rent will be refunded if cancellation is less than 30 but more than 7 days from scheduled checkin date and ONLY if unit is subsequently rented by another for same days.
