Our master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful custom tiled shower and private entrance to the backyard area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, making it an ideal family vacation home. For extra guests there are two sofa sleepers in the living room facing a large flatscreen television. There is a custom made bar and a private outdoor patio that make entertaining a breeze. Two sets of large glass doors open up to a beautiful patio and lawn with views of the Mesa hills.
This home is also a favorite for dog owners with a private, fully enclosed backyard and a doggy door to allow your pets complete freedom to roam. Hendry's is one of the few beaches in Santa Barbara that is dog friendly, so please feel free to take your pet off the leash! Rental Policies
To reserve this home 50% of rental payment is expected upon reservation. 60 days prior to arrival the remaining 50% of rental payment, plus one-time $250 cleaning fee.
Fully refundable $1500 security deposit. $2000 for pet owners.
If we are able to book this home for the same general timeframe that it has been reserved for, we will happily refund you for the full amount that it is re-rented for, minus 10% for management fees.
