Look out from your front window to view an English formal garden and watch the sun set over the valley. Numerous gardens surround the wooded 4 acre, very private property. Sit out on the back deck to see the woods and streams that run below. A cherry tree stands where a Civil War Battery stood and the trains running below the cliff, remind you of a long-lost era. Flowers, frogs and wildlife are everywhere!
Cool nights? Set a fire in the renewly restored clubhouse, or take a hike in the State Park, just a few steps from the door. Love to swim, enjoy the swim spa year-round.

Vineyard and orchard.

Bring the fishing poles and bikes! Hiking, fishing and biking within walking distance of the best State Park in Maryland. Free admission as it is adjacent to property at the bottom of the hill. Owners live in the main house and are happy to provide maps and recommendations for your stay. Go birding in the park or just watch them feed from your private porch. Ongoing activities are scheduled within walking distance in the park's visitor center. Within minutes of Port Discovery and other child-friendly environments. Parental supervision required for all ages at all times, no exceptions!

Rental Rate Notes
Interested parties must sign occupancy agreement and liabililty waiver. Unit is reserved once $150 refundable deposit is rendered. $150 fee is forfeited if guests do not occupy or if damage occurs to property. Payment according to agreement is due 24 hours prior to occupancy. Owners accept payment and invoice exclusively through PayPal for your protection and ours.Rental Policies
$150 admin fee required to reserve unit is non-refundable if not occupied. Property is available fo up to 6 mos.
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due if occupancy is 30 days or longer. If stay is 3 months or less, the entire amount is due prior to occupancy. All deposits and payments are billed through PayPal.
The $150 admin. reservation fee will be refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to occupancy.
