Description of the Property
A spacious A-frame home located 7 miles north of Ruidoso, New Mexico and 5 miles from the airport. It is located at the Alto Country Club, right off the 6th hole, just 2 blocks from the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a heated swimming pool, golf, tennis courts, driving, putting, and chipping range, restaurant and bar available for use with a guest letter. The home has 2 dining tables and a fully furnished kitchen, more than 1700 sq. ft. There is a vcr/dvd and stereo available with plenty of family movies to watch. We have decorated our home with Southwestern/Indian decor which is part of the tradition in this area. A great deck is for your enjoyment with 2 table/ umbrellas and plenty of chairs. There is a Jacuzzi on the deck that is maintained weekly. The home is heated, and has a washer and dryer. There is no air conditioning available but plenty of ceiling fans and smaller fans for use, if needed. There is a small table and chairs in the wooded area behind the home for a picnic. There are lakes nearby (10-15 minutes drive).

Rental Rate Notes
Our home sleeps 6 privately, with an additional queen size sofa sleeper, a total of 8 persons. There will be a free night for staying 7 nights, monthly rates could be negotiated, There is a 2-night minimum, no exceptions. There will be a $100 security fee which will be mailed to the guest, after housekeeping inspects the home. Credit cards are welcome.Rental Policies
Smoking is only allowed outside on the deck. Pets are not allowed, unless previously approved by owner. The is a gas grill on the deck but be sure you check with the country club in case their are restrictions due to occassional fire hazards. Use of the club facilities has to be arranged thru the club with a guest letter from us, you must use your own credit card and are not allowed to charge to our account. You must pay the cleaning fee of $80. There is a letter in the home describing cleaning policies.
You must make a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the entire rent before the dates you have requested are blocked to the public. There will be a $100 security deposit, which will be mailed back to the guest, after housekeeping inspects the home. The full amount, rest of fee, security deposit, and cleaning fee, is due a week before the rental begins.
