Rental Policies
No smoking. Pets on approval. Possession is after noon and unit must be vacated by noon. All rental fees in advance and there is a refundable damamge deposit of $300.00 also payable in advance.
A $400.00 non-refundable deposit must be sent to me prior to occupancy at 705 Patterson View SW, Calgary, Alberta T3H 3J9.
