We welcome families with young children to vacation at our Oceanside CA vacation rental as well and provide a portable crib, high chair, and a safety gate, along with over 50 videos for little ones.

Rental Policies
No Smoking No Pets Maximum Occupancy is 6 I can help you find additional condos to rent at North Coast Village for larger groups. Please ask about shorter rentals in off season. Rentals in summer are Sat - Sat only from 3pm to 10am. Accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and person checks on US banks for your convenience.
$500 security and 50% of rent requiredd to reserve your stay. 50% due 60 days prior to stay.
25% cancellation charge - no exceptions 100% forfeited if cancelled within 61 days of your stay. Will attempt to rerent and refund minus any difference in rent and the 25% cancellation charge. If you rebook, I may apply the charge to your stay instead. Trip insurance is encouraged if you are concerned about cancellation.
